Fun & Moody Engagement Photos in the Strip District of Pittsburgh

If you’re looking for fun & moody engagement photos in the Strip District of Pittsburgh, I’m definitely your girl! MaryAnn and Jared wanted engagement photos that felt a less formal & posed and more like them– they love Coop De Ville in the Strip District, and I’m a big fan of the rooftop above, so this was the perfect location for some fun engagement photos for them!

We started with some espresso martinis– which are fantastic at Coop btw– tequila sodas, and some giggling poses just to help get ’em loosened up!

We hung by the pool tables and got some candid, playful shots of them hitting some balls, cuddling up next to each other, and threw in a few posed looks for a little editorial moody editorial vibe in the mix.

The velvet green couch inside also lends itself to being the perfect backdrop for moody engagement photos, so we snapped a few photos there before we headed up to the rooftop to wrap up the session!

And if there’s one thing you should know about me, its that I absolutely love a rooftop location for photos! The city skyline, the wind, all paid actors! We didn’t get a golden hour, but I am always a fan of an overcast day- which works out well in my favor living in Pittsburgh- because it always cooperates well with my moodier editing style.
